Guest Post: DIY Fan Shirt

Hi everyone! I have a rare treat for you all. It's my little sister, Rachel, who comes all the way from the bed next to mine. Some people think we're twins but there just happens to be a three and a half year age gap separating us from true twin-ness.
Anyway, here she is!
Hi! My name is Rachel. I'm the just as talented little sister. I'm so excited to finally get to share something on my sister's blog! I'm going to show you all how to make a fan shirt. This is one you can wear to a concert or just out and about to show your loyalty.
First you need a plain white T-Shirt.
Then cut off the bottom seam if you'd like to make it shorter.
Next cut off the sleeves (and/or pit stains).
Then cut the collar in any way you'd like. I chose to cut a "V" in mine.
Next paint on whatever message you want. I chose to write "I (heart) 1D" for the band 'One Direction'
I made a stencil for the heart out of a piece of paper and then just freehanded the rest
I'm not lucky enough to be able to go to a One Direction concert but I can show my support for these fine boys wherever I go:
2 Sweet little note(s)
Nice post Rachel! If only I were young enough to wear a cut off t!!
ReplyDeleteNice one! Looks great, but I, too, might be just a little bit too old for a short shirt. Damn. But as it happens I bought some T- Shirt markers today... *ponders*
